**Qualifications and skills**:- Chemical, Industrial, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related engineer.- + 3 years of experience in the Production area within the Food Industry.- Strong leadership, managing teams at least 10 people directly- Knowledge of GFSI Standards and Knowledge of Food Safety (management of HACCP, PCC, PPR, PPRO's is essential)- Management of Continuous Improvement Tools (5's, Lean Manufacturing /TPM)- Management of operational KPI's (SPQCDM or its equivalent) such as OEE, Loss Variance, FTQ, etc.
