Job Description Supervises an área of operations and ensures the compliance with the objectives S –Q- C –D –P –I, as well as the administration of resources in the area.It is responsible for verifying, planning, organizing, directing and controlling the work of the operational area complying with quality and aeronautical authority procedures.Job Requirements - Promoter of Quality, Safety and continuous improvement.- Ensures compliance with Client Requirementsand ensures Quality and HSE requirements and policies.- Develop and guide the work team.- Manages production plan in a timely manner in accordance with the MPS.- Manages the technical human resources of the area (Shifts, overtime, vacations).- Productivity Tracking - Utilization; ensures correct registration of horoquartz codes as well as the full day.- Ensure the protection and safekeeping of engine parts upon entry, during and at the end of the repair, as well as their correct identification at all times.- Management support to KPI's.- Support the required extemporaneous production..
