**Visión general**:
Production Supervisor is responsible for managing human resources, materials and equipment related to production, safety and quality for the molds area.
**Responsabilidades**:
Perform the daily operations of production according to the demand of production, define priorities and sequencing at the production area.
Support all the EHS programs and activities in order to reduce and eliminate safety incidents in the area.
Check the quality of the products in each of the manufacturing cells or machines.
Coordinate with the maintenance department for the preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment in charge.
Maintain the 5´s program at the area.
Supervise the personnel in charge and evaluate their performance.
Ensure that the personnel in charge of them comply with quality and safety procedures to meet the quality requirements and to maintain the physical integrity of the workers.
Ensure and collaborate in the development and training of the personnel in charge according to the programs established by Human Resources and rest of the areas.
Supervise the inspection of the parts produced.
Encourage and support Continuous Improvement in your area (Six sigma, smart teams, kaizen, lean manufacturing).
In charge to look for improvements in the assigned area, such as: line balancing, time cycle studies, etc.
**Requisitios**:
**Education**: Engineering IMA, IME, II. Or similar
**Knowledge**: experience leading a group of people (10-15), high commitment, and focus in meet objectives.
**Experience**: 2 years (minimum)
**Languages**: Advanced English
