In this role, you will aid in the transformation of parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner, managing resources to meet production targets.
Your responsibilitiesLeading capacity planning and resource optimization for the area of responsibility.Identifying deficiencies in production, proposing improvements, and overseeing their implementation.Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements.Working with HR Management to ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.Guiding, motivating and developing less experienced team members to reach their potential.Your backgroundBachelor´s Degree in Industrial, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related.3-4 years of experience working in similar position.2 years of experience in personnel management BC.Knowledge in SAP.Microsoft Office package management.Knowledge and experience in Electrical Industry.Product ITO (Customer Specific).Green Belt is a plus.Intermediate level of English.A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.More about usWe look forward to receiving your application (documents submitted in English are appreciated).
