In this role, you will aid in the transformation of parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner, managing resources to meet production targets.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leading capacity planning and resource optimization for the area of responsibility.
- Identifying deficiencies in production, proposing improvements, and overseeing their implementation.
- Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements.
- Working with HR Management to ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
- Guiding, motivating and developing less experienced team members to reach their potential.

**Your background**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related.
- 3-4 years of experience working in similar position.
- 2 years of experience in personnel management BC.
- Knowledge in SAP.
- Microsoft Office package management.
- Knowledge and experience in Electrical Industry.
- Product ITO (Customer Specific).
- Green Belt is a plus.
- Intermediate level of English.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
