Production Supervisor Smt

Analyzes production programs and estimates man-hour requirements to complete the assigned job.Analyzes and solves work problems or assists workers in solving work-related problems.Appraises the performance and recommends the appropriate development plans.Recommends or initiates personnel measures such as promotions, transfers, dismissals, and disciplinary actions.Maintains production and time records.Meets with other supervisors to achieve the coordination of activities between the individual departments.Can assist in training new workers.Participates in the introduction of new products.Actively participates and supports continuous improvement activities.Responsible for monitoring and fulfillment of the production plan, planning and coordinating the manufacture of the products, supervising personnel during assembly, packaging, and process inspection. Supervises the follow-up of company procedures, regulations, and policies, managing the resources of their assigned areas to obtain the expected results in quality, productivity, and cost.Required skills include analytical and logical thinking, lean manufacturing knowledge, quality tools, office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), process control, 8D's methodology, and soft skills (communication, influence, leadership, teamwork, initiative).#J-18808-Ljbffr
