Responsibilities are:- Responsible for optimize the operation within the production department- Generate goals report on a quarterly basis- Drive the department to meet the required production under the standards of quality, safety and engineering established by the customers- Responsible to supervise production supervisors- Monitor the team development- Provide support for the new products- Identify and follow up issues within the company with the team and the customer using a structured methodology- Maintain constant communication with all the other departments- Achieve established goals in the manufacturing department such as scrap, efficiency, quality, scheduling and safety among others- Documented main impacts and corrective actions- Review the Production Master Report (MPs) and the line capacities on regular basis- Make sure that the HC is the same as Operations Plan using the monthly SIOP- Team Leader on the analysis of real causes of compliance problems- Participate in weekly financial reports- Have the authority to stop production and a shipment to fix a quality problem to avoid the customer receive wrong or incorrect material- Be aware, implement and execute the customer requirements, ISO9001 and IATF16949- Report the risks and detect opportunities that rise on the daily work of all production supervisors**Functional Area**- Operations**Employee Type**- Full Time**EEO statement****City**- Reynosa, CP**Country**- MexicoProduction Supervisor Sr | BCS Automotive Interface Solutions
