**About the Position**:As a _Senior Production Support _you will work on new technologies and find ways to meet our customers' needs and make it easy for them to do business with us.
You will be a part of a team to resolve a diverse range of complex problems and regularly lead multiple, technically complex, large-scale projects.
**Responsibilities**:- Monitor SQL Server instances to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security- Troubleshoot and resolve SQL Server-related issues- Respond to production incidents and support requests in a timely manner- Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and system administrators to address performance and availability issues- Ensure that all SQL Server instances are backed up and that backup data is stored securely- Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans for SQL Server environments- Develop and maintain SQL Server monitoring and reporting tools- Continuously improve SQL Server performance by identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks- **_Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for production SQL Server instances _**:- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation related to SQL Server environments- Troubleshoot SSIS packages and cmd tasks (running.Bat,.Scp)**Requirements**:- 5 + years of software project management experience- Upper intermediate English proficiency- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field- At least 3 years of experience in a production support role with a focus on SQL Server- Strong knowledge of SQL Server administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting- Experience with SQL Server Always On, and clustering- Experience with backup and recovery, disaster recovery, and high availability strategies for SQL Server environments- Proficiency in T-SQL and PowerShell scripting- Experience with SQL Server monitoring tools like DataDog- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines**Why You'll Like Working Here**:- The ability to work on and partner with multi-national teams that are committed to our BEST core values: Best People, Best Expertise, Best Service, Best Teamwork- A generous, competitive compensation package for exceptional performers, as well as a generous vacation package and competitive benefits plan- Remote working environment- Professional and personal development
