Team support & develop many of the Bank's most critical IAM infrastructure services including Active Directory, Privileged Access Management and Access Governance and aim to provide high-quality, automated and self-service solutions to our customers. -**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide support to Engineering IAM solutions to improve the service- Supporting & providing technical guidance.- Problem solving: Identify potential problems, raise with development, build solutions & lead resolution efforts.- Consulting with end users requesting integration and product enhancements.- Provide guidance on multiple IAM Sailpoint tracks in the bank like JML, Application Onboarding, Access Reviews, SOD Policies.- Work closely with multiple stakeholders & management to understand the business driver,- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Sailpoint product in the team.- Understand & implement security controls & process required in IAM Team.- Knowledge on Service Now support.Requirements- Expert knowledge in Sailpoint IIQ.
