Production Support Specialist PaymentsAbout the Job RoleAs a part of the Production Support Team, you will be responsible for 24x7 support and monitoring for applications that authorize and settle credit, debit, check, and prepaid transactions. You will also provide day-to-day support to our clients, merchants, gateways, and vendors when issues are encountered in the production environment. This position is great for someone who loves to learn, has great technical skills, enjoys solving puzzles, and likes a challenge.What will you doProvide production support in the Cards and Payments domain.Monitor applications.Assist merchants, gateways, and vendors when troubleshooting issues and implementing new functionality in production.Provide guidance to new merchants going live with the latest software application.Implement change records and analyze incident records to provide responses within contractual SLAs.Research and troubleshoot incident records assigned via Service Point based on priority and severity.Work as part of a team to provide shift coverage on a rotational basis.Requirements5 years of experience in a 24x7 production support experience in a financially impactful environment.3 years of experience in incident, change, and problem management.Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, military, and work experience.Knowledge of ISO 8583 message standards and regulations.Knowledge of ISO20022 compliance.Experience reading TCP/IP traces.Experience in Card and Payments domains.Knowledge of regulations related to payments.Knowledge of ACH, RTP, MuleSoft, Murex, Swift, cross-border and domestic payments.Knowledge of technical issues related to payment cards and payment principles of organization and operation of payment card systems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
