Solves problems and disconnects components, subassemblies and manufacturing systems, processes and equipment with the purpose of isolating failures, determine the solution and perform the necessary trainings.- Analyses the non-conformant product in the production line; determines the root cause and proposes corrective actions working as a team with the manufacturing supervisor and with the engineering and quality departments.- Starts, adjusts and operates basic laboratory and manufacturing equipment.- Performs simple tests to the processes/products, as well as audits in compliance with quality and/or other regulatory requirements.- Conducts tests and basic evaluations, experimental tests and design proposal researches under operational conditions.
Records the procedures and results of the tests, as well as the numeric and graphical data for its revision by Operations.- Can provide recommendations and technical support in new projects, process improvements and quality investigations.- Can support the diagnostic and analysis for product customer complaints; perform the awareness session for the operators and determines the root cause and proposes correction and corrective actions working as a team with the manufacturing supervisor, and with the engineering, quality and failure analysis laboratory departments.- Can support the solutions to problems referring to the product in question; evaluating systems, components and electrical or testing equipment
