Production System Engineer

**Your tasks**:

- Promote and manage the IDEAS System of improvement proposals in the plant
- Provide BPS (Brose Production System) training to all areas of the organization accordingly to the specific requirements of the position or area
- Coordinate the implementation of internal practices in different areas
- Coordiante the implementation of projects that generate savings or improvements in the different processes of the company

**Your Profile**:

- 2-3 years experience in similar position
- Experience working with Lean Manufacturing tools as: SMED, Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen
- Fluent English mandatory
