As a PRODUCTION TEAM LEAD, you will coordinate the fulfillment of production programs by leading human and technical resources and aligning them with safety, quality and cost goals.
You will report to a Production Manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieves all production objectives through accurate planning to meet production schedules and delivering high quality products, which meet specifications.
- Keep operating procedures up to date and ensure compliance.
- Guarantee resources to meet programs.
- Detect and eliminate unsafe working conditions by developing and supervising operating procedures.
- Follow personnel training and certification programs.
- Ensure compliance with the program of preventive and corrective maintenance to equipment in the area.
- Adapt and manufacture products in compliance with quality specifications.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in metal pre-treatment process.
- Bachelors of Engineering.
- + 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment
- Quality and continuous improvement tools.
- Intermediate English.
- Advanced Oracle Management.
