**Your main responsibilities**:
- Manage direct labor in terms of operations, ensure correct payment.
- Lead production team to achieve APT performance target
- Ensure to meet all processes related with quality systems (ISO)
- Keep accuracy of WIP inventory (COGIS control)
- Lead APU team for daily problem solving and systematic as per QIP requirements
**Your background**:
We imagine that you have:
- Engineering degree
- English level 75% (able to be part of phone and conference call)
- SAP knowledge
- Basics on safety and ergonomics
- Lean Manufacturing knowledge
