Join our operative area as a Production Team Leader.
You will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient compliance with the production plan per shift while reaching the four key metrics of EHS, QFS, cost and service through proper coordination with team members of the assigned line and efficient communication with maintenance resources.
This role is located in Toluca.A Taste of What You'll Be DoingProduction Plan Compliance: Ensure compliance with the production plan for the shift, leading DDS1 meetings to review team performance and updating platform indicators.Performance and Communication: Attend DDS2 meetings to evaluate line performance, share shift results effectively, and ensure a seamless shift change process with clear priorities and risks.Issue Resolution: Identify trends in key indicators, escalate issues, and coordinate root cause analyses with technicians to implement corrective actions.Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate shift logbooks, share updates via email, and report personnel-related matters such as absences and conflicts to the line leader.Standards Compliance: Monitor and ensure adherence to operational, safety, and quality standards, including food safety policies and procedures.We're Looking for Someone WithEffective communication, initiative, commitment, collaboration, focus on results, and proactivity.Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).Knowledge of production processes, indicators, decision making, and tools for continuous improvement.A manufacturing-related bachelor's degree with a completed certificate.What's NextAfter you apply, your application will be reviewed by a real recruiter, so it may take us a few weeks to get back with you by email or phone.
