As a Production Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless operations focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The role requires flexibility and the ability to work in different shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts. It is essential to have availability and be open to varying work schedules to meet the operational needs of the production team.
You will utilize your leadership skills to guide and inspire the APU team in achieving their targets. Effective communication with team members is crucial for achieving optimal results. You will also provide direct labor support to the production team, serving as a role model and maintaining high motivation levels.
**What is the job about?**
**Your main responsibilities**:
- Promote operational basis: SQDC.
- Maintain the SAP system according to production requirements.
- Coordinate the line leaders' team and manage direct labor to improve production performance.
- Ensure compliance with all processes related to quality systems (ISO) and GPS.
- Coordinate activities aimed at achieving production performance targets.
- Collaborate with the APU team for daily problem-solving and QIP requirements.
- Collaborate on continuous improvement projects.
- Keep APT and DAM indicators updated.
**Your background**
We imagine that you have:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the industry leading production teams in a junior production supervisor role.
- English proficiency
- Proficiency in computer skills and SAP
- Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9000
- Understanding of EHS systems, specifically ISO 14000 and OSHAS
- Basic knowledge of safety and ergonomics
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Proficiency in problem-solving tools and techniques
