Today, we're driving the energy transition with more than 30,000 of the brightest minds across 54 countries.Here, what you do matters.**Job Overview**:Provide Administrative Technical Assistance to the Senior and Production Engineers through execution projects.**Key Task and Responsibilities**:- Perform Allocation Materials under Production Engineer Supervision (Fabrication/Construction)- Integrate Work Packs/ keep it updated when needed (Drawings/ Materials)- Issue the Work Pack to Document Control- Issue Work Pack Schedule by discipline and provide tracking under Production Engineer Supervision- Keep updated Register report of the production Engineers- Issue Productivity Factor- Daily Walkthrough to validate progress- Issue internal daily report- Provide statistics by discipline- PO status (SPMAT/Oracle)- Provide Mentoring/Coaching to the new hire personnel**Essential Qualifications and Education**:- Under Graduate Degree- 2 years work experience- Microsoft office and Filing Skills- Availability- Service Attitude- Excel Intermediate-AdvancedLI-RM1
