Responsibilities Elaborate ME documents when required (Mfg changes / Parameter sheets / validation sheets, etc.) Coordinate activities with the validation technical team Support process improvement initiatives Provide daily/weekly progress reports of assignments Provide process improvement projects and/or initiatives to increase productivity over production lines. Prevent and reduce variation and waste in the welding process. Implement continual improvement activities on the welding process. Perform CQI15 internal audits (Laser & Friction welding processes). Required Skills & Experience Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a similar position Mechanical/Mechatronic/Metallurgy Engineering degree Knowledge of Statistical Process Control tools (SPC) Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (Green belt/Black belt/Red X, etc.) CAD skills (Mechanical Desktop/SolidWorks/AutoCAD/Inventor, etc.) Mechanical/tooling design/assembly skills Experience with drawings and tolerances Basic knowledge of electrical/pneumatical systems Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Microsoft Project/Word/SharePoint) Basic PLC knowledge (desirable) Customer-oriented Team player Leadership skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast environment 80% English proficiency (Read/Write/Speak) What We Offer Benefits above the law Major Medical Expenses Insurance Global growth opportunities Competitive wages Be part of our ZF team as Welding Engineer Sr. and apply now!
