Reporting to the Program Management Manager the Customer Service Representative role involve responsible for communicating with customers and dealing with customers' inquiries.
What a typical day looks like:
- Handle inquiries and resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency and ensure the one-call solution.
- Maintain customer service standards during high-pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources, or, challenging customers.
- Interpret customer needs, and organize symptoms, causes and solutions.
- Customer forecast and PO tracking and communication with customers on the detailed delivery schedule.
- Manages and coordinates all activities related to fulfilling orders from customer
- Coordinates all activities of shipment administration to assure delivery on time
- Monitors, supports and assures accounts receivables collection on time
