Professional Maintenance Manager

Leads and develops the maintenance staff to eliminate top machine losses.- Ensures technical and methodological support is provided to the departments in order to guarantee proper functionality and improvement of the equipment.- Ensures detailed analysis of Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)/ Overall Line Efficiency (OLE) indicators, proper machines classification and validation of recovery plan appropriateness.- Ensure the constancy of production through the correct maintenance of the equipment using the methodology of the Maintenance Domain- Ensure the training of the personnel in charge in the maintenance domain- Execute Benchmark with other plants for continuous improvement- Execute floor audits to ensure adequate maintenance, comply with external and internal audits- Analysis skills to detect root causes, follow-up for the closure of countermeasures- Ensure the physical integrity of your staff in charge**Requirements**:- Profile: Production System Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Mechanic Engineer, Quality & Validation Engineer.- Experience: (Time/Type): 08 years of experience- Temporal Positions 18 months- Languages: English 90%- Leadership- Orientation to results- Innovation- Coaching- Customer orientation- Communication skillsmembers
