Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge and skills.**Tasks and Qualifications**:**This is what you will do in This Role**:- Performs full range of standard work for the professional field- Ensure OTD by leading or Designing mechanical Drawings such as: Header Steel (Structural Elements) Layouts, Composites, Safety, Pneumatic, Guarding, Netting, etc.- Ensure Quality Audits, support cross audits and revisions to peers and/or less experienced engineers deliverables.- Solve and refers complex unusual problems to others with more seniority.- Communicate, solve and track progress status to peers, project leads and managers. Able to remove roadblocks.- Takes responsibility and executes improvements that impact directly productivity and customer satisfaction.- Identifies and resolves more complex problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal with most situations.- Identify needs and create documents, material and/or solving problems references (trouble shooting) for less experienced engineers.- Able to coordinate a small team of engineers in technical execution. Budget management.- Travel on site might be required. Low but feasible opportunities to travel across a number of our customer locations in order to fulfill the work requirements. Using prescribed guidelines and policies**What we are looking for**:- Bachelor degree - Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or any other related to Mechanical Design field- 5-8 years of successful experience in related field- Applied knowledge of CAD software (AutoCad, SolidWorks, etc.) and Technical drawings- Applied knowledge of Inventor software and or Structural Design.- Effectively uses fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.
