Main activities: • Provide professional clinical support to customers through education and training regarding our technologies.
• Attend procedures and have a constant and direct contact with the customer, give technical and professional support.
• He or she will handle customer questions and objections in a way that is consistent with product indications and sales training methodology.
• Establish specific sales objectives aligned to the business strategy, business selling action plans and specific strategies for key accounts.
• Have ownership of assigned accounts to develop technical procedures, operative and educational selling and promotional actions.
• Execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical, and which leads the customer to action.
• The selected candidate will target hospitals and physicians and achieve results through a daily action plan.
Interact with other J&J business units to obtain relevant information.
• Identify commercial needs, opportunities, weaknesses and strengths of the business unit to propose initiatives and solutions and optimize sales.
• Work hand in hand with the marketing team to ensure the results of the business are aligned with the defined strategy.
• Keep updated in product information, launching of products and procedures by constantly study training material, reading product awareness reports, assist to congresses and more.
• Establish strong relationships with physicians, obtain feedback, understand their needs and maintain adequate service levels by providing high level customer support and on- going communication.
• Monitor the competition, strengthen relationships with all key players this includes (Staffing, Administration, Finance, Purchasing, etc.)
from institutions.
• Provide marketing intelligence information to the sales organization.
• Support the inventory management and planning.Qualifications: •Education: University / Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required; • 3 years of professional relevant commercial experience, preferably in Medical Devices / Medtech • Intermediate in English; • Experience in Medical Devices Orthopaedics portfolios • Experience in Joints Medical Devices portfolios is strongly preferred Soft skills: •Highly self-motivated with ability to direct, lead, and motivate self and others; •Strong leadership & interpersonal skills; •Creative thinker, with strong problem-solving abilities; •Excellent communicator with effective influencing skills; •Strong analytical & organizational skills; •Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional and virtual team environment; •Ability to defy status quo; •Highly curious with strong customer-centric problem-solving mindset and ability to deliver •Proactive •Ability to manage time and prioritize accordingly; •Team player • Resilience & hands on mindset Safe Fleet requirements: Since this position is eligible for Company Car as working tool, it is also required: • Valid driver's license.
• At least 3 years of driving a car experience, preferably in highway zones (between 80 and 110 km/h) and with standard vehicles.
