.**About Graphisoft**:**Role Description**:The Professional Services Consultant is a technical sales role with the primary responsibility to support sales of Graphisoft software and Implementation Plan services. The Professional Services Consultant is customarily in the field and or coaching local and regional sales managers and consultants to investigate and analyze potential customer's business processes, workflow, and technical environment to confirm the applicability and fit of Graphisoft software and Implementation needs. Typical duties include but are not limited to software demonstrations, conducting group or individual learning events of Graphisoft and related products, and coordinating and leading Implementation services to support software sales. Where practical, the Professional Services Consultant provides on-site consulting and training services to assist new and existing accounts requiring higher level expertise and advanced industry insight to deploy and use Graphisoft software. The Professional Services Consultant has regular liaison sessions with the Business Unit core functions including sales, technical support, marketing, customer success, and product management. The Professional Services Consultant reports to the Director of Customer Success, North America.**Responsibilities**:- Provide technical sales assistance as requested including but not limited to software demonstrations, business process and workflow analysis, specific feature elaboration, primarily focused on Revit interoperability and IFC collaboration.- Lead physical and virtual demand generation activities as requested including but not limited to seminars, accredited training events, trade shows, etc.- Engage and grow the local user community by increasing Graphisoft profile in concert with sales and marketing initiatives is specific territories- Initiate and maintain contact with key accounts in cooperation with the Customer Success and Key Accounts teams.- Deliver consulting and training services, mainly Implementation plan fulfillment at a national level to help accounts optimize their use of Archicad and achieve business goals.- Document specific requests from key accounts, and communicate these to Product Management and. GSSE development resources through appropriate channels.- Provide regular input of customer success stories for publication on Graphisoft media including the GSNA Blog as well as local print and virtual media- Monitor market trends and provide input to Product Management of local requests for new functionality and sales opportunities as well as gain expertise in relevant AEC segments- Communicate regularly with the Business Unit functional heads for process improvement and business strategy.- Create online course materials for remote learning or marketing webinars when requested.- Complete Archicad file audit and Implementation review meetings with plan proposals as requested by Director of Customer Success to achieve revenue goals
