The Professional Services Architect for Building Supply acts as a liaison between the Customer Account Manager for existing customers and the existing customers Professional Services Project Manager. This will include operation of a variety of systems, tools and reports in conjunction with processes and policies allowing our teams to be more productive and efficient in delivery of services.
**What you will be doing**:
- Participate in the quoting process to provide accurate document output, correct pricing and margins, approvals and corrections to PS related data.
- Work with Advisory Project Managers and Customer Account Managers to obtain quotes for work requested by existing customers
- Compile estimates for common requests to be referred to for estimates when the same request is submitted.
- Utilize quoting tool to create and send estimates and scope of requested work to customers for approval.
- Follow up on estimates regularly to ensure timely approvals are received.
- Train and execute on other tasks, activities and processes that become owned by Prof. Services at any interval.

- 2+ years applicable experience.
**What Can Set You Apart**:
- Previous experience using Apttus Quoting, Business Intelligence tools or Salesforce CRM is a plus
