Creating training material for the salesforce Field Sales Community, while also supporting other stakeholders (CCC, CSR).Usability:Provide tools and processes that are easy to find and apply.
Usage monitorization, what tools and processes are being utilized across the sales organization.Measurement:The defining characteristic of sales enablement is measurement.
The sales enablement metrics should include Customer-facing activity, Performance vs Target & Technology adoption.Responsibilities:Define specific objectives: Equip salespeople with necessary tools to engage and convert customers.
Focus on detailed product/service information, best practices from top performers, and sales skill development.Focus on customer experience: Ensure salespeople understand the customer and their journey.
Link all activities and training to enhancing the customer experience.Make sales routines a continuous effort: Implement continuous and frequent engagement routines.
Prevent salespeople from forgetting about learned information and tools.Ensure salespeople leverage what you provide: Monitor and enforce the use of best practices, content, and tools.
Ensure sales engagement tools are effectively used within the sales organization.Your Profile as Regional Sales Enablement Specialist:Deep understanding of the sales process, the customer journey, and changing buyer behaviors.Experts in the sales methodology and technology.Ability to communicate the methodology to sales reps and managers in a way that's easily understood.Ability to answer relevant questions and oppose concerns.Train and coach salespeople in an effective way.Coordination, presentation, and project management skills.Prioritization, relationship building, and analytical ability.Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
