We are looking to hire a Manufacturing and Continuous Improovement Coordinator to Join out team at San Luis Potosi
What you can look forward to as Manufacturing and Continuous Improovement Coordinator:
- Implement and improve the assembly and manufacturing system and processes in accordance with ZF standards and policies as well as customer requirements.
- Plan and implement assembly lines and related equipment such as tooling, spare parts and back-up tooling
- Implement engineering and process changes and safety guidelines
- Teach and lead by practice the principles and techniques of the production system in operation.
- Establish and update process documentation such as standardized work, work instructions,
line layout, assembly manual, back-up documentation and related documents.
- Guide and support the initiation of new manufacturing projects.
- Provide technical support to internal customers
- Take care of the parameterization of the assembly line
- Optimize adjustments of technical assembly equipment (nut tighteners, presses, wheel alignment, etc.).
- Supervision and maintenance of CPK greater than or equal to 1.67 for QCI characteristics.
- Reduction of Risk Priority Number (amef ponderate) and updating of PFMEA
- Monitor and sustain OEE. Maintain machine cycle time on target.
- Monitor and maintain up to date process parameters.
- Responsible of Lean Maturity Check (LMC) assessment.
- Lead plant-wide continuous improvement activities through training, project and event work completion using ZFPS methodologies.
- Direct involvement in the development of manufacturing process within the context of
Your Profile as Manufacturing and Continuous Improovement Coordinator
• Min 5 years of experience leading teams in engineering and continuous improvement in Plant (as individual contributor)
• Experience in PLC and HMI´s Siemens.
• Controlers and torque toolings. Atlas Copco/Bosch disable (preferable).
• Core Tools knowledge.
• Sfaety rules, LOTO.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Proficient English
• APQP Knowledge
• Manufacturing background is a must
