Juarez campus Omega.Reporting to the Director of Program Management, the Program Administrator role is responsible for assisting in the management of key client accounts in all aspects of the business relationship in support of the Project Manager.What a typical day looks like:- Support on customer milestones.- Manual entry of orders into the production planning system.- Process changes to customer orders by entering customer requests into planning systems.- Communicate order status to customer, including initial Committed Shipping Dates (CSD) and tracking of tentative order changes.- Authorize shipping department to deliver product.- Validates order configurations to verify that they can be manufactured according to customer product rule sets.- Validates material and capacity availability based on products ordered and in accordance with customer requested ship dates.- Resolution of low-level scheduling conflicts such as material and capacity availability issues.- Routine reporting in support of customer requests for information and internal reporting requirements.- Responsible for ensuring that work orders are sent to manufacturing and shipping authorizations are issued in time to meet established lead time, turnaround time and committed shipping dates targets.- Provide support to the quality function in resolving customer issues.- Prioritize and coordinate CFT (Customer Focus Team) activities.Experience we are looking for to join our team:- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.- Experience in the automotive industry preferred.- Experience in Agile system.- Knowledge in OM process (order confirmation, shipping, commitment) as a plus.- Knowledge in SO, ASN, shipping process as a plus- Knowledge in shipping and logistics as a plus- Advanced EnglishWhat you will receive for the great work you do:- Competitive Salary.- Medical and life insurance.- Christmas bonus.- Food vouchers.- Savings Fund.YG20Job CategoryOperations**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:
