We are looking for a Program Buyer to support our rapidly growing Charging DivisionResponsibility- Support calculation of material costs/BOM within project acquisition- Self dependent handling of all processes within purchasing as core Project Development Team member for assigned projects- Preparation of decision documents in consultation with superior- Implementation of targets for BOM and tool investments- Preparation and evaluation of make-or-buy-concepts- Preparation of RFQ for new parts and changes within project- Design and coordination of supplier selection for new projects in collaboration with Commodity Purchasing- Price negotiations with supplier supported by Commodity- Preparation and presentation of SDM to finalize supplier selection within sourcing committee- Order of materials within prototyping and pilot components, order of tools and changes of tools- Ensure supplier schedules are met and within budget- Data administration within ERP system- Initiate actions to reduce costs within projectSkills- Technical degree or degree in economics with technical affinity or comparable education with further specific education- First relevant experiences during internships- Proficiency in English- Safe handling of MS Office and SAP MM- Strong negotiation skills- Negotiation skills with distinctive target orientation- Ability to work under pressure and pronounced solution-based approach- Analytical, interdepartmental and customer oriented thinking and acting- Communication skills to built up networks internal/external- Knowledge in cost analysis- Establish price agreements for components and tools within target- Prepare SDM incl. recommendation of the award contract- Escalation to superior and project manager- Authority to sign for orders according to authority list within purchasing to a max. of $25,000 after approval process- Adherence of BOM targets according to PDC requirements- PPAP in time- PO in time
