Program Capacity Lead

Job DescriptionThe Program Capacity Lead is responsible for managing and resolving supplier capacity constraints for multiple Stellantis NA assembly plants.The position will require extensive work with suppliers, Purchasing, Engineering, Program Management and other Supply Chain Management groups.Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead and develop a team of two analysts focused on constraint and capacity managementEnsure proper supplier/program capacity is in place in advance of program changes resulting from demand driven changes and/or product plan changesIdentify and resolve volume variances (capacity shortfalls) by ensuring releases are accurate and/or developing and presenting business cases required to secure fundingBalance the need to manage both short term and long-term capacity issues to maximize production and mitigate inefficiency costsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance or related field 5 + years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Production Planning, Manufacturing or closely related fieldStrong communication skills Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner across various areas and levels of the company utilizing tools such as PowerPoint Passion for continuous improvement and motivated to build and lead a successful team that consistently delivers results Advanced analytical skills and the ability to successfully use Excel and other analysis tools and processes Ability to handle multiple complex issues simultaneously and quickly adapt to changes in direction or approach Ability to think strategically and develop/improve processes.Self-directed
