We are seeking a talented **Product Logistic Engineer to join our tema. In this role, you will be responsible to support an Automotive T-1 team in Ramos plant in the Pre-series logistic activities for T-1.**
The main responsabilities are:
- Consolidates the needs of prototypes and pre-series needs from customer and from validation and testing, defines the
raw material and BOP requirement, ensure order and deliveries
- PPIC Program Logistic consolidates the external and internal needs, runs its own MRP, order the raw materials and BOP
Pilot Plant manages inventories, maintain the Engineering Change Level of each part (so

each part) based on DE inputs.
- Transfer of tools & machines to Pilot Plant according to Preseries Committee and pre-acceptance at supplier
- Responsible for preserial & Ramp -up delivery to customer and internal needs from plant
- Pastillage/Reception/ PDP Preserie / on time delivery / ALL trials management / organize Cycle counting / control
inventory.
- Integrate all needs (internal and OEM) in PPIC planning
- Coordination of purchase orders in SAP (purchase requisition, tracking, order and confirmation of receipt).
- Preparation of monthly report and final project report.
- Define the Logistics diagrams with PML
- Logistic support of trials at PDP, create alignment with IP team.
- Define the procurement program to ensure production in accordance of engineering level evolution. Follow supplier
deliveries performance and alert in case of deviation.
- Ensure the deliveries on time, Alert in case of miss deliveries, be pro-active in finding out solutions.
- Ensure stock coverage for the transfer of production.
- Participate in the project review meetings
- Control the implementation of the logistics means
- Study the logistics costs associated with the processes
- Check customer system for order updates
- Check ship report through SAP - shippers to verify previous days shipments were complete
- Check SAP report to confirm sales order set up for new orders week prior to shipping
