Serve as Fi & Client advocate as main point of contact for all NPD communications. Daily/weekly program management throughout the program life cycle, planning overall program(s) and monitoring progress and account NPI KPI's. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client deliverables are identified, understood, and addressed. Ensure compliance to NPD checklists throughout NPD process. Responsible for client satisfaction throughout the NPD process and product lifecycle.Responsibilities:Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders throughout the NPI process communicating detailed project specifics to monitor and track progress.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.Ensure resource availability and allocation based on program/project needs.Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.Perform risk management to minimize project risks, escalating risks to client and management as needed.Work closely with BD Managers and clients to assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.Responsible for monitoring and ensuring the closure of corrective actions and non-conformities of QMS of their own area.Qualifications:Proven working experience in project management.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent 3 years' work experience or MBA.No age requirement.No gender specification.#J-18808-Ljbffr
