Supervision and coordination of the implementation process of new projects in the Plant in accordance with IPMActively supporting Regional Program Managers in planning and implementing program schedulesRepresent site-level Program Launch Teams (PLT) meetings to communicate program information and coordinate activities among teamsManage program-specific activities required to introduce new projects to the plantContact with the customerOrganizing and managing stakeholder meetings, documenting and monitoring important actions and decisions taken at the meetingsReporting progress of new launches to senior managementSupervising and coordinating the work of the Project Team to ensure the achievement of set goals and support with the knowledge of other departmentsMotivates and takes care of the development of the project teamContinuous improvement process: supporting the improvement process in terms of: work, quality, equipment and tools, area, working conditionsOrganizing important construction sites by coordinating the project teamMonitoring and maintaining the schedule of all commissioning activities at the plant levelAll other duties as assignedRequired Skills and Education ENG
