If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Program Management Manager located in Juarez Sur.Reporting to the Sr Director, Operations, the Program Management Manager's role involves:What a typical day looks like:Participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations.Ensure compliance to contract and/or customer specific requirements/Statement of Work (SOW) and responsible to document additional agreements not included in the contract.Develop and maintain business relationship; Maximize customer satisfaction. Manage the relationship with the customer through monthly or quarterly reviews, or as needed, to communicate deliveries, open commitments, or overall progress of the account.Coordinates with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.)Coordinates the process of Viewpoint, where customer's and GAM satisfaction is reviewed; It includes the implementation of actions with the organization to improve.Monitors, reports, and coordinates any troubleshooting of accounts receivables (AR).Approves changes to standard costs and updates sales price at least every quarter. Claims raw materials revaluation to customer when applicable.Responsible and accountable to maintain price book in Baan.Creates the Forecast Demand Format and coordinates with finance the creation of Forecast Outlook (FOL) for its organization.Responsible to manage claims through CMT tool and recover the charges not covered by the quote as NREs, ECO, and miscellaneous requirements.Escalates with GAM, if needed, to assure collection.Collection of excess and obsolete (E&O) and variations to agreed price of purchase (PPV) with the information received from materials.Coordinate problem solving, and escalates challenges encountered on the program that affect the P&L for the organization to meet financial commitments, accountable for the financial performance of the account and address any gaps to assure quote alignment.Participate on continuous improvement projects to increase profitability. (Operations & Materials)Accountable for the correct functioning of the CFT.Coordinates with the CFT the generation of reporting and analytical information for decision-making with the client (materials, quality, testing, etc.)Monitors the actions generated by the opportunities or needs of the project to comply with the customer metrics and/or internal objectives.Coordinates and/or escalates the resolution of operational problems where any of its projects does not have sufficient resources to meet the commitments previously established.Coordinates with the CFT the data collection for quotes or requotes for existing customers, reviews with GAM and seeks approval from PM Director or GM.Reviews materials related data analyses.Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and objectives.Responsible for managing and overseeing the methods and processes in support of both new and existing products.Responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to supply chain management.Directs the activities of supply chain managers and staff and is responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area.The experience we're looking to add to our team:Interacts regularly with executives, customers, and vendors.Advances English.Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.Senior experience as a Program Manager working in the manufacturing industry.Program and project management tools.Experience working with P&L Projects.ECO experience.Experience with NPI and post-manufacturing.What you'll receive for the great work you provide:Pantry vouchers.Saving Fund.Christmas bonus.Holiday bonus.Medical Insurance.Life Insurance.Job CategoryOperationsFlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
