Join our teamwork as Program Management Oficer II/ AIM OF THE POSITION Assists the Program Management Team and the business workload and contracts (POs) in their administrative tasks: input and modification of order books, creation of OET in the ERP, realization of purchase requisitions, archiving of contracts (POs).
III/ MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES Creation of ordering books from orders Customers and after reviewing orders that the program manager can delegate to him, creates an order book that will be imported into the ERP system (SILOG / ERP) Update of ordering books Integrates changes in the order book into the ERP after validation of the program manager.
Purchase Order Management PO Review (quantities, revision, lead times) PO acceptance Creation of OET Key user SAP Program ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Ensure that its employees know and comply with the company's safety and environmental policies.
-Ensure that employees are aware of and comply with safety and environment regulations.
-Ensure that employees know and follow work instructions (safe operations).
-Participate in activities related to safety and environment (training, talks, awareness, events, etc.).
-Report incidents, accidents or occupational illnesses to EHS/Supervisor.
-Contribute to meeting plant safety and environmental objectives AUTHORITY -Report unsafe conditions or acts to your supervisor or HR / EHS department.
-Report bad environmental practices to your superior or HR / EHS department.
-Suspend the operation when it is considered a bad environmental practice.
Experiência y requisitos
CARRY OUT OTHER MISSIONS / ACTIVITIES UPON REQUEST FROM HIS/HER MANAGER(S) Techniques: -Have an experience in project/program management -Knowledge customer service -Knowledge of SAP -Knowledge (bachelor of Engineering) -3 years, experience in project/program management -Highly recommended skills in provide customers with the desired deliverables on schedule, at the required level of quality -Confident with excel and work, PPT -ERP-SAP (SCM operations) Behavioral: -Flexibility regarding the working shifts (early, day and late shift) -Leadership skills -Good communication skills English (spoken & written) -Ability to analyze and explain clearly a problem -Work with high reactivity and with willing to solve problems (finding solution) REQUISITOS INDISPENSABLES: Titulado, ingles avanzado, VISA vigente (deseable).
