**About the Role**
**What You'll Do**
- Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to management and project partners
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure project needs are met and resolve issues
- Improve process operational efficiencies, and identify automation opportunities
- Own program and operator governance
- Track and report performance metrics and program level KPIs
- Build resource feedback mechanisms and ensure NPS targets are met for the program
**Basic Qualifications**
- BA/BS in human resources management or a related field
- Program/Project Management Experience
- Professional proficiency in English
- 2-3 years of experience as a Vendor Manager/Resourcing manager in fast paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills are preferred, with multilingual abilities an advantage.
- Organized, detail-focused approach capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- The ability to work collaboratively cross functionally. This includes sharing information, providing support, and contributing to the overall success of the resources and onboarding process.
- Excellent organizational skills needed to manage multiple tasks, prioritize activities, and maintain detailed records throughout the process.
**Nice to have**:
- Understanding of AI Data Services/ Data Annotation environments and Localization.
- Understanding of business principles, human behavior and motivation.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and technology tools is preferred.
