You will partner with product and engineering teams to manage innovative cloud products.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment.

**Minimum Qualifications**:
- **Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
**:
- **A minimum of 6 years of experience delivering technical products and projects in a highly technical environment.
And a minimum 4 years experience in software program management and/or engineering management.
**:
- **Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.
Ability to succeed through collaboration and working through internal and external organizations and individuals.
**:
- **Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, presentations.
Comfortable presenting to large internal groups and leadership team members.

- **Demonstrated ability to think broadly, strategically collaborate and influence Product/Engineering/QA/Operations service owners**:
- **Self-driven, analytical, and results oriented with proven sound judgment.

- **Technical understanding of enterprise level cloud technologies**:
- **Understanding of the software development lifecycle/ PMI or SCRUM Master Certification; experience with Agile methodologies, and working knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence)**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Lead multiple technology programs and product features.
Define milestones, success criteria, manage dependencies and deliver iteratively.

- **Develop and own communication plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues and risks to stakeholders.

- **Identify and drive process improvements across multiple teams.

- **Use best-in-class project management techniques to achieve project goals on time with a high level of quality, while managing expectations of stakeholders**:
- **Work collaboratively with other Program Managers and Engineering leaders toward common Engineering vision and goals.

- **Drive the tracking and management of roadmaps, project schedules, risks/mitigation plans, deliverables and KPI's.

- **Communicate program status, program readiness, business and technical issues, risks and their resolution across Engineering, including senior management.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.
Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending.
Monitor the project from initiation through delivery.
Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.
Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
