Our goal is to gather feedback and expose issues and bugs prior to the product launching, so we delight our customers with products beyond their expectations.Key job responsibilitiesThe ADB Team is seeking a strong Program Manager to help us build and execute programs to validate the customer experience during the product development cycle. You will work with end users and a wide variety of internal teams to develop the strategy and execute the program to confirm from a customer perspective we are ready to launch. You will be a "hands on" contributor to support and troubleshoot issues, resolve problems, and keep the feedback flowing. Along the way, you'll identify opportunities for improvements and put processes and tools in place to help us scale. You will track, communicate status, and independently drive issues to resolution. Cross-team coordination, program management, and an ability to learn and understand new technologies are essential.A day in the lifeOur programs are global and composed of Amazon employees across the company.
