The company also manufactures industrial products such as drives and controls in addition to building products like powers tools and security systems.**Job Description**:Responsibility:- Overall responsibility for ECMs (Engineering Change Management) and RPPs (cost reduction) on the series projects- Sustaining of the series production in terms of product engineering- Risk management (monetary evaluation in USD/EUR and avoidance/reduction strategy)- Communication, escalation and crisis management with internal/external partners and with customer in coordination with customer account- Mastery of the critical path- Product cost and project budget planning and control- Setup, change and close budget items- Management of the entire project team- Reporting, identification and implementation of necessary/required changes- Product release and TCD- Organization core team meetings with subordinate functions- Project relevant decisions and prioritization, final decision in case of disagreement within the project team- Purchase orders, budget and resource changes- Delegation of tasks to the project team- Target responsibility for associate performance review from the project team, in collaboration with manager- Approval of project related Engineering ChangesTarget:On Time (MRD, SOP), On Cost (PPC), On Spec (Customer Requirements & Compliance Matrix), on Quality (0km, incidents) within given project budget, resources (HC, Test Equip)**Qualifications**:- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related technical field- Experience in Automotive field (at least 2 years)- Combined experience in Engineering (2 years) and Project Management (2 years) or related experience.- Proven experience in production related areas (Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Manufacturing)Additional Information- Stable, consistent transparency of risks & problems- Realistic, complete planning of the entire project- Leading internal and external communication- Ability to negotiate- Diplomatic skills and assertiveness- Organizing internal and external escalation, crisis management- Integration of line management- Integration and motivation of the project team- PMP certified (desired)
