Unimacts is seeking a Program Manager (PM) for its Tijuana Operations.

The PM will use skills to coordinate project timelines, schedules and equipment while ensuring safety and quality guidelines are followed.
PM will manage all project related activities from Customer order to production.
PM will facilitate internal and external communication to ensure the project is completed on time and in compliance with the customer requirements.
The PM position will report directly to the Tijuana plant manager and as part of multi-functional teams across the broader Unimacts network.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Coordinate Internal resources with a third parties' supplier (if it is required) for the flawless execution of projects.- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.- Report as escalate issues and project delays as needed.- Perform Risk Management to minimize project Risk.- Create and maintain the Project documentation.- Planning and monitoring the project from receipt of PO until the start of production.- Direct, manage and motivate team members.- Monitor and report on project progress.- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.- Inform Customer of the status of the project on an ongoing basis.- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and influence them to take positive actions and accountability for their assigned work.
