In this role, you will listen to operational needs and challenges, refine business requirements, then lead diverse projects all while solving emerging problems and driving successful implementations. Given the rapid growth of Amazon Mexico, you must be comfortable solving problems, making changes, and dealing with ambiguity.Key Job Responsibilities:Project Definition Support for Business Owners - 40%: Define projects with business owners (requirements, resources, schedules, post-launch impact tracking, etc.) and support/lead finalizing the BRD (Business Requirements Document). Beyond regular progress checks, you will identify potential risks and address the issues to ensure successful project delivery.Business Adoption Support - 40%: Prepare for project launches (user test, launch supports, etc.) and address user feedback post-implementation. You will also track business impacts and troubleshoot with engineers and other stakeholders to drive business adoption.Projects Roadmap - 20%: Build project development plans by prioritizing diverse projects based on business impacts vs. development efforts. You will be familiar with global tools and provide the best path forward - whether creating custom tools or localizing global tools - to deliver the best solution in the long term
