This role will lead planning and execution for NA Direct Fulfillment's country level carrier strategy for Mexico market place, carriers to be onboarded and leading the launch and expansion of this new marketplace.- Work with partners in Mexico Supply Chain team to onboard carriers for DF vendors, lead the carrier strategy (3P and 1P Carriers) to align capacity to demand, with respect to origin location, size, special handling requirements, and speed expectations.- Influence the vision, lead the performance metrics for the carriers and transportation Execution and provide visibility to key metrics through regular business reviews with internal stakeholders and Leaders (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly Business Reviews).- Work with Direct Fulfillment colleagues in Business Development, Account Management, Product, Tech to build processes and tools to enable scalable and flexible operations and drive growth towards program goals.- Measure quality of services (DEA, Speed, Profitability, Volume).
