**Summary**:We are looking for an experienced leader for program management which will be the primary contact for several OEM customers. Adept in overseeing the progress of Operations, NPI, Customer Service and Quality projects. Experienced in working collaboratively with other department and leading staff members. Skilled in evaluating project milestones and progress in a way that's conducted to archiving results in a timely manner.**Education**:- Bachelor´s degree**Experience / knowledge required**:- Bilingual English & Spanish (Reading, Written and spoken)- 5+ years' experience as project/program management and customer service focus- APQP experience- Ability to work in a stressful time driven environment- Ability to effectively prepare and present information to customers, management, and work groups.**Main functions**:- Improve the customer perception based on data and results.- Full oriented in the execution of actions committed with our customers.- Organize all the recovery plans for escalated customers as leader with all functional areas (Operations, NPI, Quality, Supply Chain)- Improve the customer perception based on driven results.- Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.- Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, Safety, Quality, and team member performance.- Control and be the single point of contact for multiple customers**Activities of the position**:- Create and manage long-term goals.- Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.- Manage a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.- Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.- Analyze program risks.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: $1.00 - $2.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Program Manager: 3 years (preferred)
