Our goal is excellence, simplicity and getting our members back to streaming.We are looking for a talented Program Manager to join our Global Customer Service team in Mexico City, Mexico to support the Customer Service Content Strategy team. The Customer Service Content Strategy team focuses on helping create and manage all support content for customers and our global network of customer service agents. The Program Manager would be responsible for driving initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of support content, working closely with cross-functional partners, and successfully meeting deadlines to help make the Netflix experience even better for our customers and agents.**Responsibilities**:- Drives editorial project/initiatives- Works with project leads to set up project plans including goals, milestones, and deliverables- Oversees the operational execution of the full project life cycle for large scale cross functional projects to ensure alignment and accountability across multiple teams on objectives and deliverables- Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources.- Supports teams operational needs including meetings, agendas, meeting notes, and documentation- Helps communicate project & plans to cross-functional stakeholders**Qualifications**:- BS/BA degree required. PMP a plus- 3+ years of experience- Exceptional writing, editing, and communications skills- Experience managing highly complex projects across many teams- Customer Service and or editorial experience a plus- Desired qualities: independent, problem solver, curious, action oriented, ability to drive improvements, strong relationship builder, superior communication skills, highly adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
