.**Do you enjoy being part of a successful team?****Would you like the opportunity to work in a global energy company?****Join our Integrated Solutions (IS team!**The Integrated Solutions business offers scalable solutions that maximize the value of an operator's assets through project management, well engineering, field supervision, risk management and contractor management.Focused on service delivery and operational excellence with safe and cost-effective outcomes, IS leverages technology solutions, digital platforms and Baker Hughes' global footprint.**Partner with the best**As a Program Manager you will be responsible for:**Essential Responsibilities**:- Leads all elements of the project including Baker Hughes products and services, contracted parties and client interfaces.- Manages for "on time' delivery, performance Improvement, and incremental revenue through upsell strategies, additional pull through of additional products or services.- Owns the overall customer deliverables by having the responsibility for the Integrated Solutions compliance, financial KPI's, service delivery and HSE performance.- Responsible for all aspects of the financial performance of the project.- Leads the support for the sales team's development of any future related opportunity pipelines.- Aligns cross product line strategies to the Integrated Solutions project deliverables.- Promotes and drives implementation of Remote Operations in the projects as applicable.- Directly manages the core Project Management Team, and indirectly all other project assigned personnel.- Manages multiple products and services across multiple wellsites/rigs, often in complex contractual arrangements.- Develops and manages the project schedule at the top level and applies solutions to both leading and lagging situations as well as to unforeseen and predicted events.- Applies Baker Hughes specific group (Integrated Solutions) Management System processes and procedures to the project, as well as any mandated software solutions that are applicable.- Utilizes project management methodology in daily working practice, additionally encouraging team members by example.- Performs as Single Point of Contact (SPC) with the client, nurtures the relationship, acts as the primary contract manager either in conjunction with other contract administrators or with available dedicated contract managers.- Acts as a strong, committed HSE Leader and provides a full HSE Leadership to all parties involved in the Project through the implementation of Baker Hughes HSE Management system and applicable customer's HSE requirements. Promotes Stop Work Authority & speaking up culture at the project.- Monitors Project HSE Performance and leads regular reviews with the involved parties (product lines, contractors etc).- Participates in internal and external HSE & Quality audits and ensures the identified gaps and improvement opportunities are effectively addressed
