The Program Manager is accountabr sustaining the customer while contributing to compannancial targets.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Primary point of contar customer.Liaison between customer and manufacturing site.Manage all customer service issues.Responsibr reporting to customer.Customcused Team leadership.Input on evaluation and assessment of team member performance.Identify potential training opportunities within the team.Customer demand maintenance responsibility.NewProduct Introduction coordinatir assigned customers.Accountabr on-time delivery of product.Accountabr E&O recovery.Accountabr A/R recovery.ECO implementation coordinator.RMA/Mllow up.Other Duties:All the employees are responsibr the leglfillment, to recognize and submit with the environmental policy and procedures applicable to the system of environmental management of safety and health.Take part in emergency brigades and the training requirr the activities.Preferred Skills:Customer oriented.Leadership skills.Bilingual (Spanish/English)Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Must be a team player and self motivated.MRP knowledgeable.Importante empresa/Education:Bachelors Degree, CEPM certification or equivalent Importante empresa.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.5 years Importante empresa in contract manufacturing environment in similar position.
