If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Program Manager.The Program Manager will be based in Guadalajara North, reporting to the Program Management Manager.In this role, you will be in charge of guiding a team of cross-functional experts in the delivery of customer-focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing, and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.What a typical day looks like:Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.In charge of tracking relevant metrics and driving action items based on results.Provide help, knowledge, and expertise with contract negotiations as required.Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality, and the required business metrics.Review program proposals or plans to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing programs, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the program.Establish work plans and staffing for each phase of the program and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel.Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction; also has control for different accounts of various complexities.Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.In charge of customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.Hold up production sites for projects, costs, and other customer-related matters through business and expertise.The experience we're looking to add to our team:Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.Demonstrates advanced operations, technical, and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills
