It's a great opportunity to work with our talented delivery teams across Technology to ensure continued customer focus and successful releases for Travelport's AIR portfolio.**Responsibilities include**:- **Planning - **help introduce the practices of design thinking activities across your portfolio, to improve agile planning and epic grooming. This is all about ensuring that different organizational teams agree on the exact problems we are solving for and agree to the approach we are taking to solving them.- **Delivery Execution **- working with stakeholders in engineering and product to ensure delivery execution and predictability against the plan including managing dependencies and end-to-end release planning for the AIR portfolio- **Reporting and transparency **- ensures consistent reporting and transparency of progress across your initiatives in the AIR portfolio - be a single source of truth.- **Customer Focus **- you will manage technical rollouts to key customers and ensure customer focus remains central within the wider product delivery organization e.G. ensure customers are aware of dates and what is in releases as well as communicate changes to dates and scope when they happen.**Who we are looking for in this role**:- Excellent English language communication skills, both verbal and written- Broad experience in planning and managing projects with an agile product delivery organization- Strong organizational and prioritization skills- Proven ability to manage difficult stakeholders and customers- Knowledge of travel industry is desirable
