Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people's lives.Job SummaryJob summary:- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Program Manager_ located in _Guadalajara, North Campus_._- Reporting to the Director, Program Management, Program Manager role involves_ _leading a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will support the development and implementation of project, pricing, and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers._What a typical day looks like:- _Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets_- _Responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results._- _Coordinates with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (quality, testing, materials, processes,_ etc.)_- _Provide support, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required._- _Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality, and the required business metrics._- _Reviews program proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program._- _Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel._- _Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction and have responsibility for accounts of various complexities._- _Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues._- _Responsible for customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions._- _Maintain current and develop additional business with customers._- _Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met._- _Be responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers._- _Support production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through leadership and expertise._- _Coordinates program activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies._- _Demonstrates advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills
