**"Program Manager"**

**GENERAL RESPONSABILITIES**
- Lead multiple project activities with high focus on NPI and project transfers to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality, time and cost.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, and external (supplier) project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiative.
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities.
- Ensure goals are met including customer satisfaction and team member performance.
- Manage stakeholder communication.
**EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS**
- University degree in engineering and minimum of 6 years experience or a Master's degree and minimum 4 years of experience in Manufacturing.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry managing projects as Supplier Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or Project Manager.
- Strong communication skills (English and Spanish)
- Ability to learn and research when new knowledge is needed for new technologies or problem solving.
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills.
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers.
**NICE TO HAVE**
- Supplier quality engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Project Management background.
- Technical knowledge in different manufacturing processes like electronics, mechanicals, painting/printing, etc.
- Microsoft project.
- Excel medium level.
- Experience in quotes.
