Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Program Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Director, Program Management, the role involves responsibilities for cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will support the development and implementation of project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers.
What a typical day looks like:
- Organize, plan and direct program schedule and budget.
- Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
- Coordinate with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (delivery, quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.).
- Provide support, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
- Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments made related to product development timelines, delivery, quality, and the required business metrics.
- Review program proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allocation of available resources to various phases of program.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.
- Advanced English communication skills (verbal and Written).
- Previous experience in program/project management.
- Previous experience in PCBA and electronics manufacturing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities.
- Demonstrable track record of managing cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
- Must be a self-starter with innovation, integrity, and attention to details.
- P&L knowledge, revenue & forecasting experience.
- Experience with demanding customers.
- Strong and working knowledge on MS Office, MS Project, MRP and PLM
